I broke down and purchased this television when it was on sale as the Amazon deal of the day. I got it for $550 instead of the $650 advertised. I contemplated waiting until Black Friday and fighting the crowds for a good deal. This sounded generally awful. Everything else aside, I'm quite happy with the new guy.
